An invitation from Josh Bersin, CEO & Co-Founder of The Josh Bersin Company
The last few years have proven especially challenging – and empowering – for leaders. We’ve weathered a global pandemic, navigated complex economic changes, introduced transformative technologies like AI into our day-to-day, and now we’re attempting to create irresistible employee experiences in the Post-Industrial Era.
This new age of work requires dynamic organizations to rethink leadership, incorporate a new operating system for HR, and to weave culture into every business decision.
As we lead the charge into this ever-evolving world of work, I invite you join us for three days in Los Angeles. My team and I will bring our community of influential business leaders and CHROs together to share their experiences, ideas, and knowledge from their journeys. For the third consecutive year, our conference will be co-hosted by the USC Marshall School of Executive Education on the beautiful University of Southern California campus.
Building on attendee feedback and the phenomenal success of previous years, Irresistible 2024 will offer the most engaging and interactive conference experience yet, with new networking experiences, powerful data-driven insights, interactive sessions, exclusive events, and live technology demonstrations.
Join us at Irresistible 2024 to connect, collaborate, and learn how your organization can be irresistible in The Post-Industrial Era. I hope to see you there.
Irresistible is produced by The Josh Bersin Company in partnership with USC Marshall Executive Education. The conference will be held at the beautiful University of Southern California campus, approximately 10 miles from Los Angeles International Airport and about five miles from Union station.
The USC campus, with its beautiful landscaping and renowned architecture, makes for a unique conference experience. The 1923 Club, high above the historic Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and the Town and Gown ballroom are among our special event venues.
The campus grounds and facilities offer plenty of room for social distancing. Protocols designed to keep students and faculty safe have been in place for months. Please check back frequently as the session dates approach for updated vaccination, testing, and masking requirements.
