ADP, a leader in human capital management solutions, has announced its acquisition of WorkForce Software, a company specializing in workforce management for large global enterprises. This strategic move enhances ADP's global workforce management offerings, allowing businesses to stay compliant while driving innovation. WorkForce Software's solutions, including time and attendance, scheduling, and absence management, cater to various workforce types. The partnership will leverage ADP’s expertise and resources to provide a more comprehensive and flexible solution to over one million clients globally, with a focus on employee engagement and optimizing performance.
