This acquisition enhances Assessio's offerings in the private equity and executive search sectors, aiming to expand its market reach across Europe and internationally. Wisnio's notable UI/UX and generative AI capabilities complement Assessio's scientific approach to talent management, promising to improve hiring and team-building dynamics significantly. With the support of Pollen Street Capital, Assessio plans to grow beyond its traditional markets while continuing to innovate within the HR tech space.

With pioneering generative AI capabilities, Wisnio brings a highly attractive product primarily targeting the private equity and executive search segments of the market that will significantly enhance Assessio's market position.

With the addition of Wisnio, the Assessio Group is now serving over 2000 customers with a team of around 170 employees.
