Both CEOs expressed enthusiasm for the merger, citing expanded service capabilities and the potential for significant employee and organizational benefits. The deal, which was both announced and closed on April 12, aims to provide comprehensive support for clients during critical changes affecting their workforce.

Davis & Company will join bswift's Communication Agency and grow its core offering to provide comprehensive solutions for all internal and HR communication needs such as change management, M&A, crisis communication and more.
