The round wad led by Sageview Capital, with participation from Teamworthy, Accomplice, Las Olas VC, Trestle Partners, ValueStream, ERA’s Remarkable Ventures, and FJ Labs.

French Startup Welcome to the Jungle Grabs $54M in Series C Round for its Slick Job Platform



French startup Welcome to the Jungle has raised a new $54 million (€50 million) Series C round. The company secured the new funds from existing backers Revaia, XAnge, and Bpifrance, and new investors blisce, Cipio Partners, Groupe ADP, Kostogri, and RAISE Sherpas.

The startup helps other companies recruit new employees more easily by creating sophisticated profiles packed with a ton of information.

WorkGenius Group, a Freelance Technology Company, Acquires US Based Agency WorX, a Staffing Company



The WorkGenius Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of Agency WorX, a staffing firm based in New York.

This is the second acquisition for the WorkGenius Group, following the acquisition of JBC in June 2022.

Agency WorX adds mid 8 figures of revenue, a talented team and a strong client and freelancer list to the WorkGenius Group. The company, founded by Alicia Fazio and Amanda Levit, operates primarily in the US and will continue to support a robust offering of freelance and permanent search work within the WorkGenius Group.

 

NashTech makes strategic acquisition of North American cloud and data solutions provider, Knoldus



NashTech, the global technology solutions business of Nash Squared, has acquired Knoldus as part of its strategic expansion in North America.

The acquisition significantly strengthens NashTech’s footprint in the world’s largest technology market and adds important expertise in the fast-growing areas of cloud and data. It extends NashTech’s global development centre capability, which includes hubs in Vietnam, Latin America and now India.

 

Zvoove Group Acquires Fortytools: Two Software Providers for Cleaning Services are Joining Forces



zvoove Group, the market-leading provider of digitalization solutions for temporary staffing and cleaning service providers in Europe, is expanding its position in the segment of smaller cleaning service providers through the acquisition of the start-up company Fortytools. zvoove’s current ERP solution for cleaning service providers offers a range of features that is unique in the market as it enables cleaning service providers to digitalize all of their business processes – from recruiting to payroll. Up to now, zvoove’s offering was primarily targeted at medium and larger cleaning service providers. With the acquisition of Fortytools, zvoove is now also tapping into the segment of smaller cleaning service providers by offering an innovative SaaS solution.

Clovers is an HR technology company that provides intelligent interview software to its users. Their video interview solution supports structured, fair interviews and integrates natively with Microsoft Teams and Zoom. Clovers aims to help businesses improve the interview process and hire stronger, more diverse teams with efficiency.

TalVista is also focused on helping organizations increase diversity in the workplace through better hiring practices. They offer technology that drives data-driven candidate attraction and screening and promotes bias-free hiring. To do so, they allow users to optimize inclusive language in job descriptions and redact identifying information from resumes for blind resume reviews.

Together, Clovers and TalVista aim to further reduce the harm of bias in the hiring and interview process. Their integrated technology will help organizations reach DEI&B goals efficiently and effectively.
