This funding will drive the acquisition of merchant portfolios, foster organic growth, and enhance internal infrastructure. Through partnerships with over 700 business associations, it provides discounted business services and comprehensive benefits, including virtual primary care and prescription drug coverage. The deal, arranged by SFT Capital, strengthens Exectras' capabilities in handling credit card residuals and merchant portfolios.



MISSOURI CITY, Texas  Exectras, the go-to provider for SMBs seeking everyday business services, including merchant services, payroll, health insurance and workers’ compensation, today announced the completion of debt financing from Tacora Capital for up to $30 million. The funding will be used for acquiring merchant portfolios, organic growth initiatives and internal infrastructure development.
