RecruitBot Secures Additional $8.2M, Totaling $11.2M in Seed Funding to Reinvent Recruiting with AI
Jul 11, 2023

San Francisco-based startup RecruitBot has raised an additional $8.2M in seed funding, bringing its total to $11.2M. The round was led by Slow Ventures, OCA, Freestyle, Parade, and Kevin Mehaffey. The company plans to use the funds to expand its operations and reach.

Founded by CEO Jeremy Schiff, RecruitBot is transforming the recruiting experience with its innovative platform. The platform leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to understand hiring preferences, matching companies with the ideal candidates from a database of over 700 million. It then enables personalized, automated email campaigns to candidates on behalf of hiring managers.

RecruitBot's robust search criteria allow for targeted segmentation, narrowing down to more accurate search results using 25+ attributes, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) factors. Its machine learning algorithms help identify the right candidates up to 5X faster than other platforms. Automated drip campaigns support candidate nurture at scale, and pre-built drip campaign templates help quickly set up automated email campaigns.

The platform also provides in-depth analytics to understand the effectiveness of the recruitment process and the activity of the team. RecruitBot can integrate with existing tools and tech stacks in less than 15 minutes, enhancing current processes without disruption.

RecruitBot's customers have praised the platform for its effectiveness. Nirit Rubenstein, CEO of a financial services company, said, "Best recruiting tool out there. Found my best people through RecruitBot. It allows you to reach people who aren’t necessarily looking so you can get excellent candidates who aren’t being inundated with offers."

With this new funding, RecruitBot is poised to revolutionize the way companies recruit, making the process faster, more efficient, and more intelligent.
