Amsterdam-based HR SaaS startup, StellarUp, has secured €500K in seed funding led by a US tech investor. The funds will be used to enhance the user interface and experience, improve features and integration, and boost marketing efforts. StellarUp is a platform that facilitates knowledge sharing through structured and unstructured learning tools, and is increasingly recognized as an effective solution for mentoring and community building within organizations. The platform has already been adopted by several large-scale, non-profit, and government projects.

Dutch startup StellarUp, a knowledge sharing and learning platform, has successfully raised €500,000 in a seed funding round. The round was led by an undisclosed US tech investor who has shown interest in the company since its inception.

StellarUp offers a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, providing mentorship programs, engagement, and community to teams. The platform has effectively addressed process and operational challenges that often lead to unsuccessful and unengaging programs.

The startup has managed to alleviate the bottleneck of onboarding, matching mentors with mentees, managing relationships, and measuring and scaling engagement, ultimately leading to a return on investment.

The funds raised will enable StellarUp to enhance and accelerate its user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design features and integration. The capital will also be used to bolster the company's marketing efforts.

Estelle Roux-Stevens, co-founder at StellarUp, expressed her excitement about the future of the company. "With this capital investment and level of trust, our mission-driven team is primed not only to expand our product's reach but also to elevate it to new heights of improved performance, speed, and excellence," she said.

StellarUp's client base includes the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, Giving Back, The United Nations Foundation, Aleto Foundation, ScaleNL, and InvestNL.

"Mentoring and knowledge sharing between people play a key role in tackling HR Challenges. StellarUp’s platform effectively connects growth and learning opportunities within an organization efficiently. I am impressed by the speed of the founding team to capture opportunities in a fast-growing market by providing unparalleled solutions," said the anonymous US tech investor.
