UK-based Loopin Raises £1.6M in Seed Funding

Loopin, a Bristol, UK-based provider of a platform that helps businesses measure and improve employee morale, raised £1.6M in Seed funding.

Backers included undisclosed individuals and angel investors.

The company intends to use the funds to scale the platform as it moves from its Beta to General Availability phase.

Founded by Ben Williams and Antony Thompson, Loopin provides a SaaS platform that helps managers measure and manage their team morale in real time through the use of daily check-ins, behavioral analytics, generative AI coaching, and the integration with Slack and Microsoft Teams.

Loopin is currently in Beta with 40 paying customers including Reed, FarFetch and nationwide UK retailer JD Sports.

The forthcoming Early Access version of the platform, which will be rolled out first to existing Closed Beta customers and waitlist, includes a brand new Generative AI coaching feature. The generative coach provides managers with actionable daily tips on how to better support their people, create cohesive teams and unlock a high-performance culture.
